The series 'Beauty Salon' is composed of drawings in which I examine the boundaries of the world of weaving by way of traditional hair braiding. In these works, hair transforms into a tapestry unfurling onto a sheet of paper. Different plaiting techniques take on a visual character interwoven with this ancient craft.
